Job summary

Plan B Climatech seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our data center mechanical team, based in Dallas or remotely within the US. You will own the design from basis of design through construction, oversee cooling systems including CHW plants, CRAC/CRAH units, and air handling, and mentor engineers to raise standards.

You will partner with electrical, controls, FP, and BIM/VDC specialists, guide energy modeling and system selection for reliability and efficiency, and drive client

• 8+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience with a strong mission critical / data center focus.
