Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer on multiple technologies.
• Ability to work holistically on complex robotic systems across design, implementation, operation and sustainment.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and obtain/maintain active U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the full product lifecycle of designing, prototyping, manufacturing, integrating, testing, and delivering integrated electromechanical systems.
• Navigate a dynamic solutions trade space that includes constraints, evolving requirements, timelines, and quality in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Contribute as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, providing new perspectives to teammates from diverse backgrounds.
• Critically assess mechanical solutions for value, cost, manufacturability, delivery time, reliability, and reusability.
• Interact with end-users to understand needs and incorporate feedback into technical solutions.
• Travel to co-locate with end users, vendors, or support integration and test activities at test sites.
