Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in mechanical design and analysis with leadership exposure.
• Strong structural analysis capability including hand calculations and FEA.
• Proficient in Creo, SolidWorks, and CATIA with GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in a cross-disciplinary design team for flight hardware.
• Lead design trades and develop mechanics interfaces and control docs.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and installation docs.
• Plan tests, evaluate prototypes, and mentor junior engineers.
• Review designs and documentation; support production and quality engineering.
