Weston & Sampson is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing team in New England offices. This mid-to-senior role offers ownership of complex projects, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and a path to developing engineering talent.

You'll lead design across HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy projects, coordinate with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and ensure code-compliant, constructible solutions while traveling regionally.

Formación

• Experience leading design for mechanical building systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs for new construction and renovation projects.
• Own projects from concept to completion: field investigations, reports, construction documents, and shop drawings.
• Collaborate across disciplines with engineers, clients, subconsultants, and vendors.
• Provide technical leadership to resolve complex design challenges and translate concepts into constructible solutions.
• Mentor and support developing engineers.
• Ensure designs meet building codes and project requirements.
