Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 7+ years of mechanical design experience in hardware products.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and 3D/2D drawings.
• Experience with injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal, and die casting.
• Strong GD&T knowledge per ASME Y14.5.
• Experience with DFMEA and design for manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design from concept through production.
• Create and maintain 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs.
• Perform simulations and correlate with test data.
• Lead design reviews and DFMEA activities.
• Collaborate with electrical, RF, firmware, and manufacturing teams.
