The role emphasizes education/cultural-institution work with Penn Museum, Swarthmore, Johns Hopkins portfolios, and a 20% travel expectation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years of experience in building design consulting; 8+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design.
• Coordinate project scopes, schedules, and budgets; assist with proposals and contracts.
• Review designs and provide QA/QC; mentor staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
