Job summary

IMEG Corporation is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in New York, NY to lead large and complex mechanical-system projects for the vertical building industry. You will direct engineering work, perform analyses, and coordinate with clients to deliver integrated HVAC, plumbing and fire-protection solutions.

You will guide project teams, mentor staff, and ensure safety and quality across design and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Strong design and leadership skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Perform site assessments and prepare technical reports.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff and junior engineers.
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Lead project interviews and presentations.
