IMEG Corp is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Ann Arbor, MI. The role offers a dual technical and project-management path, supporting mid-to-large mechanical systems projects with an ESOP-backed firm culture.

Responsibilities include leading HVAC, plumbing, and fire-protection design, performing analyses, mentoring staff, and coordinating with clients. A PE license and 7–8 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering; PE license required.
• 7–8 years of experience in building design consulting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead design efforts for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for moderate to complex projects.
• Review designs, calculations, specifications, and project correspondence; ensure quality control.
• Provide mentoring, training, and technical leadership across project teams.
