X4 Technology in New Hampshire, USA, seeks a Senior/Lead Mechanical Engineer to drive product development from concept through manufacturing. The role offers a hybrid setup with up to four days remote and a strong emphasis on ownership of the entire development lifecycle.

You will work on diverse products, lead technical decisions, and balance performance, cost and manufacturability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Experience leading mechanical design from concept to manufacture.
• Ability to own full development lifecycle and make key technical decisions.
• Strong hands-on prototyping and testing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mechanical design and development from concept through to manufacture.
• Own the full product development cycle, including prototyping, testing and validation.
• Act as the mechanical lead on development projects with clear decision ownership.
• Produce and refine 3D CAD models and detailed drawings (SolidWorks preferred).
• Collaborate with wider engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver products.
