TETER Architects and Engineers seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer in California to lead the design and coordination of complex HVAC and plumbing systems from concept through construction. You will act as Engineer of Record, ensure code compliance, guide project teams, and mentor engineers and drafters within a collaborative, ESOP-driven firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Current California Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and coordination of complex HVAC and plumbing systems from concept through construction.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and technical lead, ensuring designs meet client goals, codes, and TETER standards.
• Mentor engineers, EITs, and drafters, guiding technical development and QA/QC reviews.
