Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 10 years of mechanical engineering experience on complex projects.
• Advanced experience designing HVAC, mechanical utilities and piping systems.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical/building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Mechanical discipline scope of work across all project phases.
• Lead design activities for HVAC, piping and mechanical utilities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients and contractors.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Manage budgets and schedules for mechanical scope.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Education

ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (with a mechanical focus)
