Qualifications

• Lead design and development of mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations using industry software.
• Review QA/QC to ensure code-compliant, high-quality deliverables.
• Develop models, plans, and drawings per established standards.
• Knowledge of energy modeling with COMcheck and EnergyGauge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems from concept through construction documentation.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and energy analyses using standard software.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure high-quality, code-compliant deliverables.
