Qualifications

• Fifteen years of plumbing engineering and design experience.
• Strong knowledge of IPC, UPC, IFGC, NFPA, and Florida codes.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-based design.
• Experience applying LEED and sustainable water design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document plumbing systems per codes and BIM requirements.
• Lead plumbing design for diverse project types from schematic through construction.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, clients, and contractors; present design approaches.
• Perform QA/QC of designs, models, and calculations; mentor junior staff.
