Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering; PE desirable.
15+ years of mechanical design or related experience.
Experience in HVAC and plumbing design; healthcare engineering a plus.

Responsibilities

Multi-discipline project management, design and deliverable execution.
Client and Junior Staff Management.
Project due dates.
Time management.
HVAC and plumbing calculations.
Building load analysis via Trane Trace or Carrier HP.
Building/equipment and program assessment, study capability.
Project specification development (book specs), equipment selection.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Typical construction administration including shop drawing review, RFI's and project closeouts.
