Job summary

Arcadis is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical discipline on multiple federal design projects in the United States. You will guide design teams, liaise with architects and clients, and serve as Engineer of Record for HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in consulting engineering, PE licensure in the US, and experience with UFC/UFGS standards. Expect on-site work with travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering with 10–15 years in consulting engineering.
• US PE licensure; multiple state licenses preferred.
• Experience producing IFC design packages for federal facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams and create construction-ready design packages.
• Serve as Engineer of Record on multiple projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and clients to deliver HVAC designs.
• Ensure compliance with UFC and UFGS standards.
