Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing environments, preferably in aerospace or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with environmental and qualification standards (e.g., DO-160).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver advanced electro-mechanical systems.
• Drive system-level architecture and integration of designs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and failure investigations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
