Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
• 8+ years technical experience plus 1 year of management experience.
• Knowledge of military specs and IPC.
• Manage and lead program technical execution.
• Mixed-signal circuit design with discrete components.
• Proven problem-solving creativity.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• U.S. Citizen, able to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to Electrical Engineers.
• Oversee electrical designs for feasibility, viability, and function including design and test readiness reviews.
• Manage program technical execution with emphasis on electrical oversight.
• Evaluate uncertainty and risks against requirements and designs.
• Generate robust designs considering ESD, EMI, and thermal environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and support manufacturing, testing, and validation.
• Support proposals, presentations, and business development activities.
