Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to design hardware architectures, power budgets, schematics and PCBs. You will own the design from cradle to grave, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and occasionally support sales as we bid and quote on incoming work.

You will work with senior staff and autonomous teams to deliver electronics designs across markets including consumer products, medical devices, space systems, UAVs, and industrial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in embedded hardware design
• Experience with high-speed interfaces and PCB design reviews

Responsibilities

• Design hardware architectures, power budgets, schematics and PCBs.
• Own designs from start to finish including layout, bring‑up and debug.
• Participate in design reviews and travel to customer sites when needed.
• Collaborate with account/project managers to scope projects.
