Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience creating, reviewing and interpreting technical documentation for hardware/tools.
• Experience in mechanical design, development, manufacturing or tooling processes.
• Experience developing, releasing, or updating engineering drawings using a 3D CAD tool.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical hardware and assemblies across the product lifecycle.
• Lead a small mechanical engineering team and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
• Conduct design reviews and trade studies to support sound engineering decisions.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support production and integration activities.
