Job summary

Bowman in Rogers, AR is seeking a Mechanical Engineer III to design and lead mechanical systems across industrial, multi-family, commercial, and other projects. The role includes developing construction documents, project and staff management, and client communications.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience, knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. EIT/LEED preferred; PE license preferred. Salary range listed; benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or architectural Engineering required.
• Five+ years of relevant industry experience on design of diverse projects.
• Knowledge of plumbing and fire protection systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, CHVAC/RHVAC, TraneTrace, and/or eQuest modeling software.
• EIT and LEED accreditation strongly preferred; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design complex mechanical systems in accordance with current code requirements and engineering principles.
• Design, specify, and layout mechanical systems including ductwork, piping, equipment and schedules.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior engineers, and communicate with clients.
• Prepare construction documents, reports, and cost estimates.
• Oversee designs through construction and respond to client comments.
