Job summary

Bowman has an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer II to join our team in Rogers, AR. You will perform mechanical design including construction documents and collaborate with project teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in mechanical or architectural engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiencies in AutoCAD, REVIT, CHVAC/RHVAC, Trane Trace or eQuest. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering is required.
• 3+ years of relevant design experience on commercial, government, academic, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, REVIT, CHVAC/RHVAC, Trane Trace and/or eQuest modeling software.
• EIT and LEED accreditation strongly preferred.
• Desire/plan to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems in accordance with current codes and sound engineering principles.
• Produce project construction documents and estimates.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and support marketing efforts.
