Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; MSME preferred.
• 8+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Familiarity with OEM equipment electrical/mechanical disciplines.
• Experience with GD&T and tolerancing.
• Proficient CAD skills: AutoCAD and Solidworks.

Responsibilities

• Design products with manufacturability in mind using DFM principles.
• Create production-ready drawings and BOMs; manage PLM/ERP updates.
• Lead design reviews with manufacturing, quality, and marketing teams.
• Support NPI and engineering changes through ECN process.
• Interface with vendors and internal teams to resolve design issues.
