Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (General, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• 6-8 years of progressive engineering experience focusing on design, development, or PM.
• Proficiency with engineering software and CAD/Simulation tools.
• Proven track record on engineering projects.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and best practices.
• PM experience including planning and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within time and budget.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development and implementation of advanced engineering solutions.
• Guide and lead engineering initiatives and projects.
• Analyze and optimize metal finishing processes for quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate equipment and workflow layouts for production gains.
• Evaluate suppliers and procure equipment/materials per specs.
