Fuller Technologies - USA is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to act as a Pyro Product Specialist for cement and heavy equipment. The role focuses on rotary kilns and related Pyro equipment, combining design, field troubleshooting, aftermarket upgrades, and technical customer support.

You will own mechanical solutions for upgrades, rebuilds, modernization projects, and product improvements, with travel to customer sites (~30 days/year) and collaboration across Sales, Service,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience with mechanical design of heavy industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 3D models and drawings.
• Experience with aftermarket equipment, retrofits, rebuilds, upgrades, or modernization projects.
• Field/site experience with troubleshooting, installation, or commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level mechanical engineering support for rotary kilns and Pyro/heavy process equipment.
• Develop engineered solutions for aftermarket upgrades, retrofits, rebuilds, and equipment modifications.
• Review customer specifications and equipment conditions to determine appropriate technical solutions.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, inspections at customer sites.
• Drive product improvements, standardization, value engineering, and continuous improvement.
• Travel to customer sites as needed, approximately 30 days per year.
