Fuller Technologies in Allentown seeks a Pyro Product Specialist to own aftermarket, retrofit, and product-improvement solutions for rotary kilns and other pyro equipment in the cement industry, bringing hands-on engineering leadership to a global service team.

The role spans design through installation, offering technical support, preparing detailed engineering documentation, and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of heavy engineering experience.
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools (SolidWorks, CAD, AutoCAD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Experience in cement or heavy industry preferred.
• Experience with machine design and engineering documentation.
• English technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with multiple departments to align deliverables, goals and timelines.
• Provide technical support to team members and customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation, specifications, reports, and manuals.
• Propose and execute engineered parts for aftermarket and retrofit projects.
• Travel to job sites and regional offices as needed (up to 30 days/year).
• Review design drawings in SolidWorks 3D and AutoCad.
• Create and review configuration programs in Tacton.
• Perform and review mechanical calculations.
• Promote safety culture and teamwork across the global organization.
