Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with software testing and multiple database manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to engineers, drafters and technicians.
• Oversee product certifications and regulatory compliance activities (IBC/HCAI seismic, NOA wind).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and mitigate risks.
• Define design specifications and release documentation for mechanical components and systems.
• Lead cross-functional projects to meet schedules and deliverables.
• Apply regression tools and statistical analysis to inform design decisions.
• Guide adoption of new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
