• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 8+ years of mechanical design experience in a related industry.
• Proficiency in ProE; MS Office; knowledge of injection molding processes.
• Strong ability to perform complex engineering analyses and DFMEA practice.

Responsabilidades

• Develop innovative concept designs for standard and custom hearing devices.
• Lead design reviews, create CAD models and drawings communicating design intent.
• Interface with suppliers to develop new processes and technologies.
• Manage projects, develop plans, meet schedules, and mitigate risks.
• Support sensor integration and transition concepts into product development.
