You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure designs meet performance, manufacturability, and cost targets, and mentor other engineers while driving continuous improvement. The role requires strong technical acumen, communication, and leadership in a complex product development environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in product development within hearing or medical devices is preferred.
• Strong design, analysis, and project leadership capabilities.
• Ability to mentor and lead engineers and designers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of new products meeting performance, quality, and cost targets.
• Develop DFMEA documentation and manage risk.
• Perform design verification and support validation testing.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Create accurate CAD models and engineering drawings.
