Job summary

- PhD is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in hearing-aid or related product development.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic vision and technical leadership for audiological design and optimization of hearing aid features.
- Lead audiological work for new product development programs, focusing on core audio and fitting capabilities.
- Translate clinical and market needs into clear product performance objectives and acceptance criteria.
- Drive cross-functional decisions across engineering, fitting, verification, and product management teams.
- Mentor engineers and scientists; contribute to invention disclosures and standards activities.
