Regal Rexnord is seeking a Design Engineer III (Mechanical) to lead mechanical design for major NPD projects and support sustainability engineering. You will run safety-conscious tests, focus on sound and vibration optimization, and drive VAVE/MCO opportunities while coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on CAD work (SolidWorks), data analysis, and project leadership in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid onsite/remote work model.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of mechanical design experience in industrial products.
• Experience with rotating machinery and design for cost targets.
• Strong CAD skills and proficiency in GD&T and DFMEA.
• Familiarity with VAVE/MCO and PPAP processes.

Mansioni

• Lead mechanical design for NPD and existing products, including motors and housings.
• Model, test and optimize acoustic performance to minimize noise and vibration.
• Drive cost-saving opportunities and manage project milestones.
