Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer II to develop new products (platform or CLO) that meet performance, cost, and quality targets. The role requires creating clear technical documentation that can be used by design, manufacturing, or quality teams.

The position is fully onsite, with travel of 5-10% and opportunities to contribute to TG2 contract deliverables, VOC/VOP inputs, and design traceability across projects.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support existing products through cost reduction, failure analysis, application solution and product derivatives.
• Provide drawing and documentation approval for simple to medium complexity components and processes.
• Provide recommendations with corresponding documentation to engineering manager or project team for complex components and processes.
• MRB dispositioning.
• Use of computer-aided design analysis tools to optimize designs.
