Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Design Engineer to join Micro-Motion’s US R&D team. The role supports sustaining engineering and existing product lines across medical, aerospace, and industrial applications.

You will assist in problem solving, change requests, and design improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and cost control. You will work with cross-functional teams, engineering change processes, and application engineering to deliver robust solutions while upholding the company’s core values

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years manufacturing or design experience.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and process improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Support existing products and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality on design improvements.
• Support customer RMA analysis and provide sustainable solutions.
• Interact with Application Engineering to ensure design solutions meet customer needs.
