• Degree in STEM with ≥5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with ≥3 years.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and interpreting engineering drawings using 3D CAD.
• Experience in mechanical design, manufacturing or tooling processes.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical hardware for military programs across the product lifecycle.
• Lead small teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Perform design reviews, trade studies, and document releases.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, quality and suppliers to resolve challenges.
