Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Expert SolidWorks fluency for large assemblies and drawings.
• Strong understanding of welding, machine shop processes, tolerances.
• Demonstrated project management skills and stable tenure.
• US citizen/Green Card with local commute to Brown Deer, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up machine architecture for high-speed automation and robotic work cells.
• Develop concepts and collaborate with Project Managers on cost-effective solutions.
• Lead internal detailers/designers and coordinate with external fabrication partners.
• Integrate fluid power and drive systems for reliable machinery.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure safety and shop release readiness.
• Serve as technical contact for clients and resolve on-floor issues in real time.
