Job Juncture seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in Wisconsin to lead the design of custom robotic cells and high-speed automation projects. You will drive ground-up machine architecture, oversee large SolidWorks assemblies, and coordinate cross-functional teams on-site at Brown Deer, WI.

Qualifications

• BSME or equivalent required with 5–10 years of ground-up custom equipment design depth.
• Expert SolidWorks fluency for large assemblies and production drawings.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerances, and weldments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up machine architecture for high-speed automated machinery and robotic cells.
• Develop concepts and work with Project Managers on cost-effective, high-performance solutions.
• Direct internal designers and coordinate with external fabrication partners to meet milestones.
