Job summary

Breeze-Eastern seeks a Senior Mechanical (Design) Engineer to lead complex mechanical and electro-mechanical systems in aerospace. You will translate customer needs into specifications, develop architectures, perform 3D modeling, FEA simulations, testing, and documentation, and manage projects from concept to production with senior leadership oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in ISO-9001/AS9100 quality environments.
• Experience with design configuration management.
• Aerospace/defense experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop system architectures for new products and integrated systems.
• Translate customer needs into equipment and system specifications and designs.
• Perform 3D modeling, simulations (FEA), testing, and documentation.
• Lead and manage projects from concept through production and support.
