• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing complex mechanical/electro-mechanical aerospace systems.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX).
• Experience with FEA, stress analysis, and prototype validation.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 environments; project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of aerospace systems such as hoists, winches, and cargo hooks.
• Develop system architectures and requirements across product lifecycle.
• Perform analyses (stress, load, motion, FEA) to ensure performance and reliability.
• Plan prototyping, qualification, verification, and testing, with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to transition concept to production.
