RTX is seeking an experienced engineer to produce CAD models and blueprints for assembly equipment, applying ASME Y14.5 standards and performing structure analysis with FEA tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and travel up to 10% as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with 8+ years of engineering experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, and possess CAD, GD&T, and FEA expertise in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• 8 years of engineering experience or an Advanced Degree with 5 years experience.

Responsabilidades

• Produce technically sound CAD models and blueprints for equipment used in assembly, disassembly, and inspection.
• Adhere to Assembly Equipment Engineering standards and ASME Y14.5 for quality blueprints.
• Perform structural analysis using classical methods or FEM with ANSYS Workbench.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor junior engineers in modelling, drafting and analysis techniques.
• Travel up to 10%.
