Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• 10+ years of work experience with 3+ years in critical facilities.
• EPA 608 certification is required.
• Experience with chillers (>300 tons) and boilers advantageous.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical systems in data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing plants.
• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAH units, and AHUs.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems (pumps, valves, piping).
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems in mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and electrical diagrams; document work in CMMS.
