Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is looking for a General Superintendent - Mechanical to lead field operations in the Winston-Salem area. The role emphasizes strong leadership, coordination with project managers and subcontractors, and a commitment to safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will oversee site logistics, read blueprints, manage crews, implement MSS processes, and report progress weekly to the Field Ops Manager and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of construction experience as Lead Superintendent.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a technical training program (or equivalent) preferred.
• Competence in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction in accordance with contract docs and codes.
• Maintain reports for delays, tie-ins, and shutdowns with Project Manager.
• Lead and inspire project teams and resolve on-site disputes.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure safety and manage MSS tool tracking on projects.
