Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years related experience.
• Construction Management/Construction Science/Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years leading large multi-million-dollar complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field project managers, GCs, and owners to ensure project success.
• Manage pre-construction, preplanning, and scheduling; leverage relationships with GCs to grow the business.
• Manage subcontractors to meet project timelines and budget.
• Oversee project budgets, profitability, and cash flow.
• Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts; manage payments.
• Ensure health and safety standards and report issues.
• Provide leadership to construction crews and coordinate with engineers and architects.
