Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the construction field leading projects that are up to $15M in scope.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction office environment.
• Aptitude to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scheduling and financials including budgets and profitability.
• Negotiate subcontractor contracts and manage project scopes.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Mechanical Knowledge

Project Management

Excellent ability in Microsoft Projects

Experience with AutoBid, P6 Scheduler and Bluebeam

Education

Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of related experience
