Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead large construction initiatives and multiple projects with limited oversight.

The role focuses on coordinating field PMs, GCs and owners to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in construction project leadership, a strong grasp of scheduling and cost control, and the ability to resolve design conflicts with engineers and architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience, or 10+ years of experience in construction management.
• Construction Management, Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering or similar degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years leading large multi-million-dollar complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field project managers, general contractors (GCs) and owners to nurture successful relationships.
• Manage pre-construction, pre-planning, and construction scheduling with strong supplier relations.
• Oversee project budgets, subcontractor contracts, and change orders to ensure profitability and schedule adherence.
