Job summary

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related experience.
5 years of experience in construction leading projects up to $15M in scope.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the pre-construction, preplanning, and construction project scheduling process.
Review and approve project budgets (labor, material, and subcontractors).
Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts and manage cash flow.
Accountable for overall profitability and cost-to-complete.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and others on design conflicts.
Lead submittals, RFIs and change order processes.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Maintain client relationships and identify future work.
