Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years in construction with relevant leadership experience.
• 5 years of experience leading projects up to $15M in scope.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction, preplanning, and scheduling processes.
• Review and approve project budgets (labor, material, subcontractors).
• Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts with external vendors.
• Manage project finances including profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure overall profitability and monitor cost to complete against bids.
• Lead design coordination with engineers and architects to finalize specs.
