Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. You will lead a team and supervise superintendents and craft professionals, directing activities, schedules, and coordination with subcontractors to meet safety, quality and budget goals.

You will develop look-ahead and 90-day plans, manage staffing curves, and ensure alignment with project milestones while working with planning, engineering, procurement, and other disciplines to resolve issues and maintain throughput.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive experience in managing large construction crews/projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring, and control.

Responsabilités

• Lead a large team of 15+ staff and 1000+ direct hire craft on a major electrical scope.
• Provide field leadership for direct-hire electrical construction activities and ensure safety, quality, productivity, schedule, and execution performance.
• Develop and manage the 3-week look-ahead schedule, ensuring work is properly sequenced and aligned with milestones.
• Develop and maintain a 90-day execution plan identifying upcoming work fronts and staffing needs.
• Directly manage craft execution and provide leadership to electrical Superintendents, Foremen, and craft personnel.
