Job summary

CNA National seeks experienced individual contributors with demonstrated success in automotive repair, leadership, and mechanical breakdown claims adjudication. This role is remote but only available to candidates who currently reside within the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

The strongest candidates combine substantial real-world service drive or technician experience with recent experience adjudicating vehicle service contract claims, and can mentor others, influence performance, and help

Qualifications

• Recent vehicle service contract claims adjudication experience.
• Strong automotive repair or service drive experience, preferably within a franchised dealership.
• Formal leadership experience or demonstrated ability to mentor others, influence performance, and serve as a trusted technical resource.
• Sound mechanical judgment and confidence making timely, well-supported decisions.
• Strong productivity, accountability, and consistently high-quality work; ability to balance contract application, cost control, and customer experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate vehicle service contract claims with accuracy and fairness.
• Mentor developing claims professionals and serve as a trusted technical resource.
• Improve claim outcomes, customer experience, and operational performance.
• Provide leadership and guidance even without a formal leadership title.
