Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair, service advising, or F&I preferred.
• Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and support claims by interpreting policy coverages and terms for ancillary and GAP waivers.
• Handle inbound calls from dealer partners, repair facilities, lenders and contract holders.
• Gather and document information accurately to reflect circumstances and support claim calculations.
• Navigate Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related software.
• Work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, call-heavy environment.
