Qualifications

• Experience handling auto physical damage claims, including repair decisions and settlements.
• 3 years of recent auto claims adjusting experience, including auto liability and coverage investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex auto claims from investigation through resolution, including multi-vehicle incidents and total loss.
• Investigate and evaluate claims using policy language, evidence, and applicable laws to make timely decisions.
• Evaluate and negotiate claims within established settlement authority.
• Document decisions using Guidewire ClaimCenter and data-driven insights to improve efficiency.
• Proactively manage an assigned claims inventory and ensure timely resolutions.
