Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks a Senior Manager, Mechanical Analysis to lead a small team of analysts in gas turbine design and mechanical analysis. You will oversee stress, life estimation, and rotor dynamics while mentoring engineers and guiding schedules for aggressive product delivery.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with design, performance, controls, and materials teams, plus ensuring documentation and adherence to industry standards. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 15+ years of experience in gas turbine component design.
• Experience managing people is desired.
• Experience with stress and finite element analysis using ANSYS Workbench and associated tools (static, dynamic, vibration, fatigue).
• Strong understanding of design software tools (CAD, ANSYS).
• Experience with additive manufacturing technologies and design for additive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of analysts, organize tasks, set priorities, and motivate the team.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s with direct reports to maintain workflow and develop technical competencies.
• Plan, estimate, and track work across subsystems to align with product delivery milestones.
• Communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop schedules and task tracking with integrated product teams to facilitate delivery.
